Ofcom has announced the conclusion of its reform of ships’ radio licensing.

The changes will reduce the administrative burden on the UK’s 68,900 maritime licensees.

Two local sailors start training with the Irish Olympic Team

Russell and Matt McGovern from Royal Ulster and Ballyholme Yacht Clubs are members of the Team Ireland Olympic Squad and are on their way to Spain for three months training.
